We understand that getting your new furry family member safely to your home is paramount, so we offer a range of convenient delivery options. For those who can drive to our Rome/Utica, NY location, we can arrange a meet-up at a mutually agreed-upon location.

If you cannot make the trip, we also offer Ground or Air, which J & S PetTransport handles. They can be reached via email, messenger, or text for inquiries.

For those traveling by air, we can arrange a meeting at Hancock International Airport in Syracuse (SYR), where we will personally hand over your puppy and answer any questions you may have.
