Terms and Conditions for Puppy Application

1. Accurate Information: By submitting this application, the applicant affirms that all provided information, including but not limited to legal name, address, and contact details, is accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation or false information provided in this application may result in immediate denial or revocation of the application and any associated agreements or contracts.

2. Responsibility for Accuracy: The applicant is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Alfheim-Andromeda Chihuahuas (A & A's Chihuahuas) is not liable for any issues, legal or otherwise, that arise from inaccurate, misleading, or false information provided by the applicant.

3. Voiding of Contract: In cases where false or misleading information is discovered after the approval of the application and the execution of any related contracts, A & A's Chihuahuas reserves the right to declare the contract void. The applicant acknowledges that providing false information may lead to legal consequences, including but not limited to the termination of any agreements and possible legal action for fraud or misrepresentation.

4. Application Denial: A & A's Chihuahuas reserves the right to deny any application at its discretion. The denial of an application may be based on various factors deemed relevant by A & A's Chihuahuas, including but not limited to the suitability of the home environment, the ability of the applicant to care for the puppy, and the accuracy of the information provided in the application.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy: A & A's Chihuahuas is committed to protecting the privacy of applicants. Personal information collected through this application will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of potential homes for our puppies and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the applicant.

6. Amendment and Modification: A & A's Chihuahuas reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
